Push your body to the next level! Slug it out with 30 minutes of boxing combinations followed by 30 minutes of strength and conditioning. *You must attend Training Camp in order to attend class.

Mitts are how all the great boxing champions first learned their boxing techniques! Develop power and speed, defensive maneuvers, footwork and counter punching reflexes. Spots are limited.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCE: mitt work
Boxing & Brews
Step into the ring and test your boxing knowledge. Experience the fight with coach supervision. Don’t forget your mouthguard or headgear. Test your skills and experience the fight in a live sparring match. *Members ONLY. Must be USA Boxing certified.
ADVANCE: controlled sparring
Work with free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, and more. Release the beast. Full body workout. Learn how to use weights and other equipment. No experience required.
