BEGINNER: Intro to boxing
You, a heavy bag, a world-class boxing instructor, a driving beat, and sixty minutes. Throw instructor led combinations that will get you fight-ready!
INTERMEDIATE: technical boxing class
Learn how to work with free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. These workouts will help you take your boxing to the next level by improving your strength and conditioning. Without losing your mobility and boxing rhythm.
No experience is required.
FOR ALL LEVELS: [non-boxing class] workouts can be modified
Hand Pad Power Hour
Mitts are how all the great boxing champions first learned their boxing techniques! Develop power and speed, defensive maneuvers, footwork, and counter-punching reflexes. Spots are limited.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCE: Mitt work
Push your body to the next level! Slug it out with 30 minutes of boxing combinations followed by 30 minutes of strength and conditioning.
*You must attend Training Camp in order to attend class.
Bring your headgear-mouthpiece-gloves and get ready to work through sparring drills that will take your boxing to the next level.
This is an advanced class.
REQUIREMENT: Must be a Baby Bull Member with an active membership. Must be registered with USA Boxing. Must have proper sparring equipment. No exceptions.
Boxing & Brews
Step into the ring and test your boxing knowledge on our monthly sparring day. The last Thursday of every month. Experience the fight with coach supervision. Don’t forget your mouthguard and headgear. Test your skills and experience the fight in a live sparring match.
